Why does my just downloaded uber app look different. Just open the app and enter where you want to go, and a nearby driver will help you get there reliably.

I have downloaded uber in the past so i don't get why its not working. It goes form the iCloud logo to the spinning circle, but the app never really downloads. I need to use it tomorrow, so hopefully i can figure this out.
